CrossFit is a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health by using constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements like squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting and running are the core movements of life.
These movements, as well as the best aspects of gymnastics, rowing and biking will be incorporated into daily workouts. Workouts vary by day and will include a mixture of strength training, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. This variety, paired with intensity, leads to dramatic gains in fitness.
CrossFit prepares you to be fit for life outside the gym! You will build strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, stamina, accuracy, agility and balance, which will also lead to improved athletic performance and more confidence in all activities you enjoy.
CrossFit workouts vary each day. Once registered, checkout the link below for the Workout of the Day (WOD) schedule. Typically released one week at a time.
CrossFit Burn runs simultaneously with our standard CrossFit programming and utilizes the same principles and functional movements, but with lighter weights, more core strengthening exercises and a longer cardio endurance element.
Come in and use any of our equipment during open gym. Our facility offers free weights, cardio machines, a pull up cage, and much more.

Stretching is a key part to any workout. Join us during our ROMWOD Mobility sessions for directed movements. A great add-on before or after your workout.
All membership types and drop-ins are welcome.
LIFTING WITH THE COACHES
Join us every first Friday of the month for lifting with the coaches. The lifting focus will change each month. This is intended to give you and the coaches time to focus on olympic and power lifts that we don't always have time to break down during a regular class.
Dreamtown CrossFit Teens is a class specifically designed for athletes between the ages of 12-17. The program follows the same programming as our adult CrossFit class. Typically led by 2 instructors, guaranteeing your child is getting the proper attention.
The Dreamtown Teens program runs three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm. The program is FREE. Use code "DTTeens" when signing up.
Just like our adult classes, this program will help athletes who play other sports or individuals who are simply looking for an exercise program to get healthy. Our goals for this program reach far beyond our 4 walls. We created this program to give our Teens a safe environment to work through those emotional tough times of growing up. We also teach what community, integrity, and hard work do for leading a life of success in their future.
At Dreamtown CrossFit we are passionate about changing peoples lives. We feel there is no better way than to start than with our youth. Knowing they will be the stewards of our community moving forward in our effort to fight issues such as type 2 diabetes. Not only do we teach fitness, but we also teach about how nutrition, sleep and, stress can be huge factors in our health as we move forward as adults.
