CrossFit is a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health by using constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements like squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting and running are the core movements of life. These movements, as well as the best aspects of gymnastics, rowing and biking will be incorporated into daily workouts. Workouts vary by day and will include a mixture of strength training, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. This variety, paired with intensity, leads to dramatic gains in fitness. CrossFit prepares you to be fit for life outside the gym! CrossFit Burn runs simultaneously with our standard CrossFit programming and utilizes the same principles and functional movements, but with lighter weights, more core strengthening exercises and a longer cardio endurance element.
